Qualifications to Vote By Mail

  • You may vote early by mail if you are:
  1. Going to be away from your county during early voting and election day
  2. 65 years or older
  3. Sick or Disabled
  4. Confined in jail but eligible to vote

To apply for a ballot by mail:

  • Download and print out application from website 

OR

  • Call the County Clerk's office at 432-943-3294 and request an application

 

After completion please mail your ballot to the following address:

  • Annual applications must be requested every year beginning in January.
