Monahans Pool Rental Guidelines

Summer rentals for 2021 will begin April 1, at 7:00 a.m.

Each household will be allowed 1 rental at this time.

A deposit of $100.00 is required within one week of making the reservation.  The rental date cannot be secured without the deposit.  

The deposit will be returned following the rental date if the pool area is left in a clean and undamaged condition.

A fee of $50.00 is required within one week of making the reservation (non- refundable except for a rain out).  The reservation cannot be secured without the rental fee.   

A lifeguard is required and a payment of $15.00 an hour is to be paid to the lifeguard in cash the night of the rental.

The pool will be closed on Mondays for cleaning and water treatment.
